1. I understand that there are no refunds within sixty (60) days of the class's first date, without exception.

2. I understand that earlier requests for refunds will result in a $250 cancellation fee.

3. I understand that I must be physically and mentally healthy enough for a class that requires some walking and standing; and interacting and talking with other people.

4. I understand that if I am currently under the care of a physician or mental health professional, that I will be asked to present a signed waiver from that health care professional, attesting that I am healthy enough to attend the class. I understand that if health conditions prevent me from attending class, I may not receive my certification and/or may be asked to leave the class.

5. I understand that all course material will be presented in English, and that if I am not able to speak, understand, or write in English fluently, I may be asked to leave the class.

6. I understand that I am expected to behave in a manner befitting a spiritual counselor during the course, and will be expected to attend class promptly, be in every class on time, and to avoid intoxicating beverages or substances while attending the class. I understand that I may be asked to leave the class if I violate these codes of conduct.
